Yes bro, 'Test ITV' means they are testing 'ITV Choice' channel, as there is no any other channel by the name ITV.

I hope, it should be none other than the 'ITV Choice' channel.

But untill its launched, we can't hope also as its Tatasky, who knows later on it will be revealed that it was a service channel 'Indian Television Viewership (ITV)'. So,its better to have, less hope - less dissapointment formula.
