may be to set 11470 tp as home tp for hd+ stb. Just guessing

As off now all TP is working as Home TP ie: we can get the all TPs in NIT scan choosing any 1 TP. earlier only 1 TP was getting the All TPs in NIT .
I think now we can get all TPs in any entry Point .

Yes, In TS+ HD STB, ch 100 is now ch 100 Gold, and Ch 101 is Ch 100
