Tata Sky Free Activation of Channels Offer ('Offer') is a scheme which is being offered by Tata Sky to its Eligible Subscribers whereby the Eligible Subscribers would be able to avail any and/or all of the following mentioned channels:
SET (either SD or HD depending on HD access)
Sony SAB
Sony Max
Sony Six
Sony Ten 1(either SD or HD depending on HD access)
Sony Ten 2 HD
Sony Ten 3
Sony Pix HD
(individually referred to as a 'Channel' and collectively as 'Channels') on a specific request (under these Terms and Conditions), to activate/re-activate viewing of any of these Channels, at no extra charges to the Eligible Subscriber.
The present offer does not flow from any statutory obligation/compliances and is being offered by Tata Sky to its subscribers only for the benefit of the subscribers.
Eligible Subscriber shall mean any (i) Subscriber who has an Active Account Status and (ii) who has been receiving any of the Channels mentioned in (1) above as on September 30, 2018 at 23:59:59 within the subscribed base pack and/or add-on pack(s). For clarity, a request can be made by the Eligible Subscriber, for continuing to receive any/all of the 12 Channels specified above, which was being received prior to October 01, 2018 (except for India Today channel which will available from October 03, 2018) by the said subscriber. Existing subscribers who have subscribed to any/all of these 10 Channels by specifically opting for them through a-la-carte mode and separately paying the a-la-carte retail price for these channels will not be considered part of the Eligible Subscriber as per this scheme.
This Offer shall continue until the same is withdrawn/modified by Tata Sky in its sole discretion.
SPECIAL TERMS
To facilitate the Eligible Subscriber to avail this Offer, Tata Sky will display a message on the television screen of the respective Channel(s). To avail this Offer, the Eligible Subscriber should go to the television screen of the respective Channel that the Eligible Subscriber would like to activate/re-activate for viewing.
Upon reaching the television screen of the respective Channel, the Eligible Subscriber may find a message prompting the Eligible Subscriber to either:
Give a missed call; or
Call the Helpline; or
Send a Short Messaging Service (SMS) Code
If the television screen prompts the Eligible Subscriber to:
3.1 Give a missed call: The Eligible Subscriber may give a missed call on the given number on the television screen form the Registered Mobile Number ('RMN'). Alternatively, such Eligible Subscriber shall also have the following options to activate the respective Channels through the additional facilities provided by Tata Sky:
3.1.1 By calling on any of the Tata Sky Helpline numbers1860 208 6633, 1860 500 6633, 1860 120 6633 from the RMN and requesting the Call Center executive to provision the relevant Channel; or
3.1.2 By calling on any of the Tata Sky Helpline numbers1860 208 6633, 1860 500 6633, 1860 120 6633 from the RMN and following the instructions on the Interactive Voice Recording (IVR); or
3.1.3 By sending the SMS code appearing against the respective Channel given below to 56633 from the RMN:-
