I don't watch this channel hence no worries
Does anyone know what is going on with TataSky channels ? All regional and News channels disappeared 10 days ago on our HD+. Customer service has been promising that they will send someone tomorrow and that keeps moving. If they are overwhelmed with calls and don't have a technician, I can also do whatever a technician is expected to do with some help from someone who know what to change; but they dont seem to have any instruction on what to change. Has anyone here fixed this problem and know what was done ? I see that for channels that are not appearing, either T1 or T2 signals are not there (both strength and quality). The SB is still configured for IN4A-14.

Tata Sky has been screwing sell its customers like this since last one month. So whatever you are facing is outcome of their stupid upgrade act. Give a miss call to them on the number bring shown in their commitment upgrade Ki ad and they will sort out your issue
