Even I have face No Signal Issue for 2 days....they came on 3rd day and tried to move LNB slightly but still problem was not solved....and at last they said as LNB is old now it cant set signals for dual connections properly...so I informed them to replace with New LNB (debited Rs. 150 in my TS account) and now its working fine....Technician informed me they are preparing and testing this for satellite change/upgradation.
So TS started charging for LNB replacement even though the problem is from their end....
Actually TS should provide free LNB replacement as the problem seems to be from their end.
I think you can write to TS CEO Harit Nagpal for refund....:adore:

It took me a day of research on the net and some hard work to fix the problem. The problem that most SD and HD users have been facing is the result of their upgrade; but HD+ customers have not been impacted by it (yet) since they still do not have firmware ready to "upgrade" HD+ boxes. My problem was that the dish needed to be rotated slightly to the east. It is a mystery how the dish lost alignment exactly at the same time they had all these upgrade issues. It is possible that they may have tried to change the position of the satellite itself as part of the solution and made the problem more widespread. Absolutely no information from TS support about the problem is really frustrating. A whitepaper in their site about the change and possible solutions would have helped many people fix the problem themselves. TS has proved they have the worst customer support.
Really appreciable efforts from your end to resolve problem......
The video you shared will be very helpful to all disgruntled TS users.....
TS needs users like you so that they can save hundreds of crores of rupees in migration.....;)

Atleast now can we say that this is the proof that TS has activated Gsat TPs along with few channels.......?
Also its said that Gsat location is not exactly precise & hence TS might also need to change LNBs.....

Thanks for the kind words Ninad. There are other Netizens like AskVG who had done real investigation on the problem and published articles on the net that helped me. I just posted my experience based on those articles.

INSAT4 and GSAT are roughly at the same position and if at the time of original installation the technician had done precise alignment of the Dish/LNB for INSAT4, there would have been no problem from switching to GSAT. But it looks like several technicians had not done a good job and those customers are impacted. My only peeve with TS is that they could have easily published a note for people who have the inclination to fix the problem themselves rather than wait for weeks for their technician to show up.
