So i emailed TS on all 3 ids of Ceo, Nodalofficer and help about my issue.
I got a reply saying i will get a call in 24 hrs.
Within few hrs i got a call and i explained all issues to the person. Also about what false info his executive gave me about annual plan which made me lose my free pack. He said they will look into the call records and get back.
Hope it gets resolved soon and i get my remaining viewing days back.
