Many times I activate Active Cooking and Active kids but forget to discontinue it. I guess TATA Sky should start a service of reminder for these services, or else the pack starts and the amount gets deducted from my account.

They should give option to subscribe for specific period after which service gets deactivated automatically unless renewed

Technicolor Nova. This is the latest one i guess. It just received an update in June (v108), and now it again updated to v109.

I wanted to know what is this Annual Service Contract. I have two connections so as per their policy i will have to pay Rs 299 for 1st connection and Rs 249 for 2nd during base warranty.

So does this mean i will get free service visits and no service charge will be applicable ???
