Recent attitude of Tata Sky makes me think that they are no more interested to be in DTH business. Lack of interest in acquiring bandwidth, downgrading service, high charges for less number of channels etc show that they are in a hurry to recover their investment that's all.

Murdoch had tried to purchase the entire stake in bskyb which had british partner, but ofcom had raised objection if it happened then there wont be competitive grounds
Bskyb is a dth platform which might overtake other platforms in future.

FOX also looking to purchase Times Warner but Times keep rejecting them

By rights, I meant movies from their own company or banner.
They have of course. And they are the leader. Star Movies and Star Movies Action.
