Other dths' stbs are running on linux OS and stbs format the USB and it is difficult for malware/virus to afffect it because stbs are programmed in code and not like user friendly windows OS.

Airtel and Tata Sky are having NDS and if Airtel is providing USB recording so prefectly Tata Sky can't make any technical excuse.

you should ask or someone having HD boxes should ask if adtv can provide why can't TS?

I am quite sure they will make excuses already DVR costing Rs. 8000 +

Problem is that when something is not launched you can't have much things to question them. In last they will say that we do not have such plans to be as they know that i have a DVR.

Who are responsible for this development, we cant intract directly with them and we whome we intracted, they dont know anything about this technicl things.

Even if the launch USB Recorder it won't be for free. May be they bring the scheme of Recording Access Fee
