I can understand free UHD channel in Mega pack but free to other packs

It is free for all all packs...simiply because it is not free for any pack...you buy 4k box at high price...and initially get that channel free...(irrespective of pack you are subscribed to). The subscription price of 4k channel is already considered while deciding the 4k stb price...

Actually I supports D2H policy because then what's the meaning of having UHD box, company who investing on UHD suddenly wants to more bucks so easy as that, d2h not want users to subscribe starter pack at UHD box then who will bought their normal box

Also TS might not bring UHD Access Fee but will bring some scheme so that users have to subscribe HD Access Fee first

Zee ETC is a bakwaas channel, audio quality of this channel is also horrible plus it has issues with T Series and hardly plays songs whose rights r with that label
