They are surely moving to a new satellite, applying double encryption is a step for that only

Even if Tata Sky gets 15 TP's, its more than enough for now as these r 54 Mhz Transponders and each TP has 50 percent more bandwidth tan Insat 4A 36 mHZ Transponders

Customer Care still has no info and i guess they will not announce anything , they will just call customers and schedule appointments one at a time. Making it official will lead to enormous requests which company would not be able to handle and lead to people lodging complaints of requests not being completed
Nobody knows the strategy being adopted by TS. Atleast once the TP's are activated we will surely know to which satellite TS is moving

Deepu bro, i guess sat trackers will only get signals once Tata Sky adds the transponders in NIT
Even I am waiting for the day when signals become available
