I mean they can share EPG updates instead of individually doing it so they can save resources.............

btw why these DTH avoid to add EPG on certain channels................its common for all DTH so they can have a common pool............

Reason is EPG data not provided by broadcaster.

I mean instead of wasting separate resources for generating EPG data, DTH ops could have collborated & get it done from one source............as EPG is same for all & there is nothing to distinguish.............Also they can save money....................

If Broadcasters are not concern then why should DTH will be

Dishtv not having EPG of Discovery HD World so does TLC HD World and since Broadcasters are not concerning idiots to neglecting it.

I think broadcasters should make agreement for mandatory EPG provision by DTH...............to avoid this............I don't remember Dishtv neglecting EPG for Star/NGC channels...............

Yeah because Star is very strict on these and appoint teams to check platforms must say they're more professional then any other broadcaster and ready to sue if found something wrong and not according to them rest all Broadcasters let it go type of thing.
