This month i recharged it for 500 but i did not get Rs 15 bonus....i recharged it 1 day before the due date...

Does that mean TS has stopped giving recharge bonus....to save some money....which can be used for migration....

Even in my area also signal problem is there but I thought it was due to rain.

No bro. It was not due to rain. I though the disturbance might be on HBO channels so changed but it was happening on all channels.

Even i had horrible times calling Tata Sky call centre. they are horrible.

my cousin is using tatasky from few years. he did not get any single signal issue today i went to his house, watched but no such issues from the morning.
out of million subscribers few thousands are getting signal issues because of misalignment of dishes. that is obvious all tech installers are not same. few are less educated. this happen in all dth . some times we should align ourself or call nearby local tech installers.
