TS is investing in tech upgrade costing hundreds of crores.... So they have to save money for all this like mpeg4 migration, new sat TP, dish re-pointing, compression tech upgrade......so not surprising....
But definitely users will get benefits in long term....:adore:

I am having problem in adding channels through tata sky website getting this error " Dear User, if you would like to make any change to your packs, please call the helpline on 1860 500 6633."

Email them then. Looks like they are good for nothing now a days. For everything we need to contact them only.

Everything will fall in place in next few days/by this month end. New channels and many other changes will happen. Plz bear for a few days as tata sky is doing this for our betterment

Bro nothing will happen tata sky is just fooling us they are yet to resolve the signal issues and even technician said that it will take time for all to settled down

Got 3 days credit so ts is giving credit to all , but its really pathetic for those customer who don't know anything about dish alignment as one of my friend frustrated on ts . really horrible experience for those people
