Yes. Every year they make space and decrease FEC to avoid signal loss in monsoon.

Decrease nahi IM Bro Increase, if they change from 5/6 to 2/3 or 3/4 then it means it has been increased . For example, in cae of 2/3 for every 2 data packets sent, 3rd is sent for error corretion

Not changed, this might be for a particular channel which is due for migration on 9th. Every channel which is running in MPEG2 on a MPEG2 STB has red bug , when pressed it shows when it will be migrated
