these are very important channels. I guess still there are some subscribers who have not upgraded their STB to MPEG4 box. That is the reason TS has not completed MPEG4 migration. They are waiting for all the subscribers to move to MPEG4 box

But in rural areas, many customers still in MPEG 2 I think,
If there are only handfull of customers remaining on MPEG2 boxes, they can call each one and replace them voluntarily. But no one knows how many are pending to be migrated to MPEG4 boxesAre they including disconnected customers as well

Hmm that's an interesting observation. I think these guys need to stick to the plan and go ahead so that tatasky gets a clear picture on how many boxes need to be replaced when customer starts calling cc for information. During that time they can take request and replace the STB for FOC
