If cost is normal

AFAIK Dth operators spend crores to buy those tps so its not at all simple

Question here is not about price of transponders. It is availability of transponders and approval from ISRO to use the same

& it should sold to dth

Its not a easy thing to do its a hectic process and it takes time for all to do that

They need approval and funding from Government. Each satellite costs around 600 - 800 cr (my guess only) and DTH is not the only sector for Government to launch satellites. There are more important defence and scientific research which needs satellites
