Good. Service engineer had called me to know what is the issue and I have clearly instructed him not to come without Quad port LNBF

No, even after informing he came without LNBF. Argued with me for a while that there is no problem with LNBF and then after checking the signal strength he said he will get new LNBF tomorrow
How could he do that at what time will he come tomorrow :bang:

He thought there would be no issue with LNB, also he said if you face any issue with LNB you will not get any signal at all. But, I am getting all the channels but with very low Signal Strength & Quality
