You have to subscribe Ten HD separately by paying Rs. 65, Rs. 60 resp.

Swp and HBO hd will not be coming in any packs they are special channel so you will have to pay separately also ten hd will be coming once you buy the sports 2 pack which consists of ten sports channel

The policy is whatever the SD channel available in your pack, the HD feed of that channel would be made available.
