This is what happens when FEC is increased and more channels are added.

Rain was not so heavy still there was outage for more than 15 minutes. I lost important scene of Arrow because of Tata Sky signal loss

as i said the change in FEC affects the signal.

Earlier when FEC was low there was very less signal loss even if it rained heavily.
