I chatted with customer care. He told signal quality option option does not matter as you are getting channels, no need to worry like that...

I thought like HD channels PQ will improve if signal quality % is more...

Signal quality matters when it is raining or cloudy. You will loose signal easily for slight drizzle if signal quality is not full
