When u want sports channel upgrade ur pack to sports dhamaka pack Costs rs365

For English gec & movies many times it comes in Offer at rs 1/- or regular price are 65 & 85 respectively

I am not able to access helpdesk on the STB. When i press help on remote, the screen goes blank for 5 seconds and then the loading % comes. It gets stuck at loading 100%, I cant even go back to TV and back buttons dont work. I have put the STB off and then it starts at Channel 100. It just doesnt load the helpdesk.

What can i do to solve this ???
