Guys as ull know that i am getting low signals (0 signal quality) on some channels on my primary STB. Also installed during installation had put a used LNB. Tech guy is coming to check.
Pls suggest in what way i can force them to change the LNB if the issue is caused by that, and put a new better quality LNB.
Also if its STB issue that causes low signal will they replace STB ??? As its not clear what causes the low signal strength and 0 quality on some channels. Multi TV has good required signal levels. The difference between the two is noticeable.
Ch. 99 primary STB: Signal Strength: 75-80%, Signal Quality: 50-60%, Signal Level 207
Ch.99 multi TV: Signal Strength: 90%, Signal Quality: 95%, Signal Level: 233

Home channel is Ch.99 or Ch. 100 ???

U will get different signal and quality on different channels.... always check this on home channel.
