Not facing this issue but many a times when i am watching Devotional songs in Active it automatically switches to default bollywood playlist.

but how to use TV remote when you have TS Universal remote because it is programmed to be used as a remote for TV and STB?

TS remote wont have all the functions of the tv remote except, power on/off, vol buttons

How to use means what buddy ? When a TV remote is programmed with Universal Remote of Tata Sky that doesn't mean your TV remote has become useless.

It will work as it has been manufactured to work. and as said by Technoglitch bro, Your Tata SKy STB remote is just configured to control channel, volume and power on/off. It can't be performed to complete other feature of TV.

So, pick up your TV remote, navigate to Media browsing option and enjoy movie or picture of your pen drive.

For LG, go to setting then entertainment and then select the movie/music/photo option which you wish to view from pendrive.

For Sony I will check the steps and confirm back.
