But they are saying that Rs99 will be deducted in first month instead of equal Rs33 spread over three months.

Just see which movie is airing, if it is good then take the channel for one day and get it deactivated.
I do this all the time, i just record the movie if it is good and after that I call them and say that i didn't add this channel so please remove it.
Do it online on mytatasky.com so there is no definite proof.
Only Rs2 will deducted from your account for one day.

Yea call them to deactivate and use mytatasky.com to activate.
You can do same thing with other channels, like nowadays US open is only airing on Star sports 1 so i activated the channel and i will deactivate it when it finishes. There is usually 1 month lock for every channel/pack but i say them that i didn't activate it and you have to deactivate now, they do it immediately.
