I got an software update today for Technicolor HD Zapper box. Though I was not able to make out the changes. Can some one please let me know if they have received any update and what are the changes?

With Fox selling its 39% stake in Sky to Comcast, Comcast now owns 75% of sky.

What will be the effect of this on TS as it's a JV between Tata and 21CF, now that Comcast owns sky, will new JV have to be made between Tata and Comcast?

Maybe Tata Sky will rename to Tata Disney or it will remain Tata Sky only. In Phillipines there is Sky cable own by ABS CBN network, which has no connection with Sky UK.
