UHD is pretty much waste of space only. There are millions of people like me, who still use SD on HD Ready LED TV.

Or will PQ be better on UHD box on HD ready Tvs than HD STB........just like HD STB PQ for SD is better even on CRT Tvs.....

No as per cc it will work only with 4k tv

TS will be providing latest HDMI cable with UHD STB which will be backward compatible
