The problem with TATA is they are not open to back door negotiation which as per Indian officials are their birth right. Thats where SUN gains and tata fails.

Thats the difference between Tata Group and other business man of india....

ok bro, this is my personal view based on history. Sun group always doing this things, such examples are
1. There was a case between ts and sun channels[later ts win]
2. Removal of puthiya tilumarai from sun direct for only reason that this channel is no.1 in south.
3. Exclusive Hd channels on sun dth [other dth cant provide deu to high price]

ok bro, this is my personal view based on history. Sun group always doing this things, such examples are
1. There was a case between ts and sun channels[later ts win]

carrying the channels was an issue and dish too had an issue with star channels.
2. Removal of puthiya tilumarai from sun direct for only reason that this channel is no.1 in south.

SD was 2nd to add and huge carriage fees demanded by SD lead to the removal and dish too removed it later.
3. Exclusive Hd channels on sun dth [other dth cant provide deu to high price]

no ops want to carry regional HD channels and sun TV too wanted to encash the deal.

It's not about north and south bro. It's about industry leadership. Even i had came to know about this. Due to poor DAS figures, Maran group is trying to encash the maximum benefit. They are already involved in all kind of scams. So, you won't surprise if they have politically influenced the satellite allocation.

After Maran group is one who will bribe government in all possible but Tata has always believed in business and never went for back door policy. In the recent interview too, they had clearly disclosed the price which they are playing to government for transponders. No one else have shared such figures in public.

Also not only Tata sky, no one else will be allocated any transponder space until Maran group earns and fulfill their plannings.
