HD Access Fee is a twist it can't more then what they're right now.
Either they have to reduce the base pack price to balance hike in HD Access Fee or have to increase the base pack price, they can't increase HD Access Fee since its not beneficial for lower base pack users and will backfire them.

Have they increased price for service Tax hike. If not then they have one more reason for price hike.
