Important Tata Sky+ HD Issues

Hi guys,

We are all facing following issues:
1. EPG: Lot of channels epg is not available - how to record; how to know the program name? are we going back to analog cable operator days?

2. Picture freeze: some channels like zee tamil, Vijay tv, udaya tv pic freeze problem there - why this problem not solved for more than a month

All guys should ask ts on this

I have already raised this issues orally with CCOO office...I think we have write a mail to them....CAn some one draft a mail please....

This is not specific problem for TS HD+ boxes.

All users are facing such problems

We do know that...but this problem is prolonging for a long long time.....we have to send a mail to them....

I reported this issue 2-3 times and they are saying like "We'll arrange an installer visit and he will check the reason for this". I am not getting the logic behind this? Installer visit is chargeable? In that case, their only aim is to get the installer visit charges !!!

i sent mail 2 times. They simply send there engineer, they cant sort out the issue. Be careful they will charge visiting charges. its done for me i reversed the charges by sending mail to ceo. I sent snaps as well. Still these guys unable rectify.

I See...That's the point in showing this much interest to send their engineer always for issues not related to CPE also..I heard like, their Minimum Visit charge is Rs.200/-. Is it ?
