i sent mail 2 times. They simply send there engineer, they cant sort out the issue. Be careful they will charge visiting charges. its done for me i reversed the charges by sending mail to ceo. I sent snaps as well. Still these guys unable rectify.

Can you forward that mail to me with snap shots...from my end i will forward it to my known people of CCOO office in bangalore...

just now i recd call from cc. He told that there are so many complaints on this issue. There technical team confirmed that there is some problem in software. They will sort it out with in a week.

Newest addition of EPG problem is MTUNES HD. It only showing AM / PM as per prog timing.
