HELP tata sky hd+ re starts on its own

So basically from around Saturday ie 5th May my HD + box is re starting .. I did a master reset still didnt help .. Then their technician came yesterday and did some software change .. He then called me last evening and said that im not alone facing this issue and that through the day he got more 9-10 complaints regarding the same .. Im from Mumbai western suburbs .. Anyone else facing this problem ?? He has asked me to wait 48 hours ie till Tuesday afternoon ...

I was literally going to make this thread today, i have been facing this since friday/saturday too.
It randomly restarts on it's own and i thought it might be overheating or something and restarting.
Now I'm sure this is software problem.
Btw i too have plus hd box and it is happening here in Delhi too.

Yes me too facing this issue since last week box automatically restarts maybe a glitch or bug is doing that
