my rdtv account was not active on 26 oct bcz we were not able to recharge it after many attempts, they say our id is not in their database, although account is active now

Tata sky replied that my subscriber ID is not their record so they can't provide. Please let me now if there is any other way. Also, please confirm if anybody got TS even if their rdtv was in deactivated status. Thanks!
