Yeah exactly. I can see that its going in similar way like it happened in case of ST2. When everyone was waiting for ST2 operation, similar kind of news and rumors were being circulated everyday and each one claimed their news & source perfect but all news were turned out to be false and one fine day new TPs were added in NIT and channel addition happened within couple of days.

I am expecting similar Bomb Blast from Tata Sky too :boom:

Yes , once they add the TPs, Channels then they cant remove instantly if any fault occured. so its obvious they has to cross check every thing and get every thing is ok.

However, following a failure of its Xenon Ion Propulsion System in December, the satellite was retired to a graveyard orbit in December 2012.
Failure

GSAT-10 failed at November 2012 due to a malfunctioned Xenon Ion Propulsion System and was retired to a graveyard orbit the next month. However, the news of the satellite's failure has not been released due to ISRO's failure rates over the past few years as it would affect their reputation.
Official news from ISRO and its chairman along with more details are expected in the second week of January 2013

How can we believe this ? Any one can edit Wikipedia page.

Information available on wiki is not always reliable and true , however if the news of the gsat 10 failure is true it is dooms day for tatasky and its subscribers, tatasky is only resorting to tactics to divert and mis lead and somehow retain the customers. :(:(:(:

I hope they have a plan B on table......

Thanks for the info bro ....

One thing to notice...GSAT 10 discussion has disappeared from tatasky twitter account from quite sometime time now, whereas it was regular topic of discussion earlier...

OMG... if this news turns out to be true, then Tata Sky is out of business for sure, better join Vijay Mallya after going bankrupt. :boom:
Though, I also believe this may not be true, although its taking an awful lot of time to make gsat10 operational.
Generally 2- 3 months shud be sufficient time for it to become operational.

Lets wait until January end.
