Tata sky loss signal[now restore]

While watching CID suddenly all channel signal is gone on 10.02 pm.

Signal was loss automatic, now all is well. Anyone face this issue?

Now problem in opening of helpdesk on STB

Me too didnt had any issues.
May be some insects blocked the LNB and u might lost signals. After that insect moved away from LNB u got the Signals Back.
If still Helpdesk doesnt work then better to reset the STB.

Yes me too experienced signal loss twice today.just now when i am viewing Z News there was a loss in signal for few seconds.

Even i faced signal loss today while watching ESPN HD. but after two mins signal came back. experts please comment as what could be issue ?

As same time signal loss. May this is due to rain in delhi.
