Tata sky lost EPG of Some channels

Spoke to CC people they conveyed that its the problem with broadcasters end...

Then the other dths would have been facing the same problem!

Spoke to the Bangalore CC people...they have told me that they have list of channels where in the EPG services are not available and it was communicated to them that its the problem with the broadcasters end...then explained her the situation and then she told me that she would check with the concern people and let me know on this issue...

I just get a feeling moving some of the channels to MPEG 4 could be the reason for the EPG loss...i guess lot of activities might be happening with in TS but i hope to have some clarity for it will take 1 or 2 months....

I think frequent activity have made any glitch on their part.

Thats why some channels has lost the EPG

it's not confirm but those channels which currently not showing EPG are going to convert to MPEG4 soon . so user ask tatasky to change there STB .
