If available for marginal price then great. BTW they already opted MPEG 4 boxes as a part of automatic migration.

Of Course, they need to take care of many other issues before thinking of MPEG4 Migration. Anyways they have enough space so MPEG4 migration is not needed but if they do then they can save lot of money. As they can run same no. of channels they run today with less transponders. A company has a choice to either go for MPEG4 Migration and spend money on it while by doing so they can save transponder leasing costs.
Dish TV customer base is decreasing, many moved out of it and still its continuing, they have persistent issues with broadcasters too.. First they need to solve it, no one will stay with them if they continue like this
Whatever may be the things for Dishtv....but this one card they played very cleverly......So they would never face any TP shortage in future.......
TP's from ISRO satellite will always be cheaper when compared with price of foreign satellite TP's
