HELP Tata sky Relocation help

hello friends I need to relocate so have to get my dth relocated. I am changing home within the city.
i am currently using Tata Sky HD with annual subscription Ultra HD.
I was trying to call TATA sky customer care for relocation information on 1860 208 6633 but this number does not seems to work, its says all route are busy please try after some time. tried the number several times but does not work

I was reading though TATA SKY website on relocation fee




Please advice if i will be charged for the service or not..

U will not charge for this service bcoz u r a premium customer and relocation service is free for Ultra & mega subscribers .

For customers having the premium package relocation is free. I've done it twice in last 4 years. You need to log a call for the dismantling they come in 24 hrs. Once dismantled we can shift it. And then again log a call for fixing it. Theyll come and fix it. Charges apply only in case if more wire is needed.

i called up the customer care they are ready for the loot ... i had to escalate the same to the nodal office ... as per the customer care the web site is not updated thus i need to pay... i disputed and send a email to nodal officer .. and CEO desk got a call back within minutes from CEO desk for apology and now my relocation will be free and as a compensation for the plight & misery i requested them not to charge me for additional wire and consumables which they promptly agreed... i am waiting for a confirmation email from them .... what looks now is i will get free relocation & free wiring from 20th floor terrace to my 10th floor !!! ...

FYI i am moving to my now house !! in gurgaon !!! we have reviewed gadgets but shortly you will see my review of my now flat @ vatika gurgaon 21 ... which i plan to shift next week !!!
