Try mannual SW Download even though the existing version . i think this will solve the issue. if not the problem may be in SW Itself.

sw is updated automatic after connecting it, but i found a solution on it. When you are on 993 and if switching to other then press and hold channel change button for 5 to 7 channels forwarding

quite little change, on new stb signal level is some bar empty but signal strength is totaly full. On old both was totaly full on 11010 tp
