Just now called the tata sky cust care, asked why we r unable to view channel number 80. He told that some customers will get and some will not, i asked why so but he did not have any response except saying that its a channel for advertisement and if u r unable to view it we can take a complaint and technician will visit ur place.
Now waiting for technician's call and i will try to get answers from him. I still suspect that this channel is to know which customers have been migrated or not to new sat and once a cust has been migrated he or she would get this channel. Let's see if my guess is correct or not
