In simple language. This is a software specially design to use in customer care. If ts user notice when they call there is new system means we can deactivate activate packs/ channels by voice. With this new integration, Tata Sky Will be able to understand their customer pattern nature more effectively.

More than that. I need to read more about it. But what I can understand is this new integration will provide one stop solution to Tata Sky customer service team to analyse customer behaviour. Whenever customer details is entered into system it will start showing complain pattern, comments on social media pages etc etc.
