HELP Tata sky set top box

Is Tata sky digicard paired with set top box?

Will I be able to view channels on Tata sky if set top box is carried to a different city and connected to a Tata sky dish.

You can bring tatasky box with that same card to anywhere in india to watch channels (of course dish antenna should point to correct satellite ).

But you can't swap card.
You can swap dish antenna or lnb.
