Tata Sky Showcase Filmy Wednesday Offer


“Tata Sky Showcase Filmy Wednesday Offer” (“Offer”) is a promotional scheme which is being offered by Tata Sky Limited (“Tata Sky”), wherein a Tata Sky Subscriber (“You” / “Your”), having an Active Account Status and who subscribes for Tata Sky’s “Showcase” service (“Service") on every Wednesday (“Offer Days”) (starting from this Wednesday i.e 1st October, 2014) between 00:00 hours to 23:59:59 hours, will be able to watch the select movies on the Offer Days at a fifty (50) % discount in the subscription charge levied for the movie selected from the Service.

This Offer is, in addition, to any existing promotional scheme (if any) available from Tata Sky and this Offer can be availed only on the Offer Days.

In the event of You availing to this Offer on the Offer Day, in addition to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Subscription Contract (for the subscription of Tata Sky Direct to Home (DTH) services), You shall be bound by the Terms and Conditions contained herein this document (collectively referred to as “Offer Document”).

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

1. The Offer is open ONLY to Tata Sky Subscribers with an Active Account Status.
2. You must subscribe to the Service on the Offer Days between 00:00 hours to 23:59:59 hours.
3. The following person(s) shall not be entitled to avail this promotional scheme:
   1. Employee(s) and relatives of Tata Sky;
   2. Tata Sky’s business associates including the dealer(s) and advertising agency(ies);
   3. Anyone who may be involved with the promotion such as Content Partner(s), Vendor(s), Agency(ies) etc.; and

Tata Sky reserves the right, at any time, to verify and modify Eligibility Requirements, in any manner deemed appropriate by Tata Sky.

SUBSCRIPTION/ORDERING PROCESS

1. You may avail the Offer by subscribing to the Service on the Offer Day(s) by any of the following methods:
   1. Missed call: By giving missed call to the respective numbers stated below from Your Registered Mobile Number (“RMN”) for the title playing on Service:
      1. Ch 280: 076796 76796

      3. Ch 282: 076798 76798
      4. Ch 283: 076799 76799
   2. SMS: SMS the respective event code(s) visible in Showcase screen display for the respective title(s) to 56633.
   3. Tata Sky website: By logging on to My Tata Sky on www.mytatasky.com
   4. Helpline: By calling the Tata Sky helpline.
2. You can press ‘Showcase’ button on remote and subscribe for the movie title(s) under the Service.
3. If You have subscribed for the ‘Mega Pack’ or if You have certain free movie(s) option in their DTH account, and if You subscribe for this Offer then the movie(s) count will be deducted from the free movie account (if available under Your Mega Pack) at full and accordingly you will not be charged any subscription charges for subscribing to the Service on the Offer Day(s).
4. If You have already exhausted the free movie(s) option under the Mega Pack or in any other offer applicable to Your DTH account, then You will be charged according to this Offer.
