Technician came and said issue is with cable connector connecting the STB, and he changed that with new one. Now i get signals. Now the STB works independently of other STB. Only small issue is when i turn on/off primary STB, there is signal fluctuations in multi TV (screen goes black for a sec), and then its stabilises. he said if i face more issues, he will replace entire cable.

Vadirocks i didnt ask for Super LNB as issue is solved and they wont give unless i pay.

Technican said the issue i face is common for those connections who use splitters/T connector

Agree Bro. But they are asking Rs 1000 for it. I said i wont pay.

Also Technician said that if one uses splitters/Tconnectors such issues happen (issue which i faced)

As of now, issue is fixed, only when i power on/off the primary STB, signal fluctuates and screen goes blank for a sec, and then its OK.

Technician said if i face issue again he will do the needful

All channels, rather the set-top box wasn't starting. Showing that it's not getting signals. However after couple of restarts and taking the card and reinsert couple of times it's started.

Whats the signal level on Ch.100, test insat and test gsat ???
