Because as per my update ts is not going to migrate asiasat . ts will swapp 12 tp with gsat 10 so no migration plus no new tp . this could be wrong info because source is also confused by latest activity of ts . only some most senior officials are aware abt what happening but there might be a possibility that ts could use insat tp till complete migration
