No, its a channel based in arunachal, and owned by Pride East entertainment pvt ltd, who otherwise owns three assamese channels:
News Live(News), Rang(GEC) and Ramdhenu(Music).

Only based in itanagar, not exclusive arunachal, it follows netv format. So its more or less a rest of north east channel.

Yes but the thing is what will happen once insat 4a expires will they remove these FTA channels or will keep them and ask ISRO for backup satellite of insat 4a
