Just a little follow up to my complaint with tata sky helpline: After 2 calls my complaint was finally forwarded to a higher department for resolution where I was asked about everything from my phone model to my net connection. The person then said someone from senior IT department will definitely look into the issue & come up with a resolution for me. Unfortunately due to me being busy for most of the week I couldn't receive their calls. Today when I received their call, they asked something quite exact, the DRM status, which shows not activated for me. The CSR again said she would convey this info to the IT team & call me back ASAP.
Overall, I'm quite impressed with their customer service! Here's hoping for good news!
