1. Tata Sky Up-gradation Offers is a promotional scheme which is being offered by Tata Sky Limited ('Tata Sky') to its Eligible Subscribers for upgrading from Standard Definition connection (''SD'') to High Definition connection (''HD'') by exchanging Standard Definition Set Top Boxes ('Offer'). Eligible Subscribers shall mean a Tata Sky Subscriber who has an Active Account Status, has subscribed to SD connection and does not fall within the category mentioned in B (1) of the General Terms. It is further clarified that the Offer is applicable only against handover of Your existing Tata Sky Standard Definition Set Top Box, to Tata Sky.
2. Under this Offer, until 5th December, 2017 ("Offer Period"), Tata Sky offers the following up-gradation options to the Eligible Subscribers:
   1. SD to HD Zapper - For Rs.1890/1891 and 1 year HD Access Fee.
   2. SD to HD Zapper - For Rs.1550/1551 and 6 months HD Access Fee.
   3. SD to HD Zapper- For Rs.990 & 1 month HD Access Fee.
   4. SD to HD 4K- For Rs.5900/-and 1 month HD Access Fee.
   5. SD to HD+ Transfer – Rs.7890/-and 1 month HD Access Fee.
   For avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that if the Eligible Subscribers wish to (i) continue to avail the HD services beyond the Offer Period, or (ii) discontinue HD services subscribed by way of this Offer, and then again subscribes to the HD services at a later date, if made available by Tata Sky, then the Eligible Subscribers shall be charged the regular up-gradation fee in addition to the HD Access Fee as may be charged by Tata Sky at that point of time.
3. To avail this Offer, the Eligible Subscriber has to avail any one of the above options any time before 23:59:59 hours on 5th December, 2017 by any of the following methods:
   1. Missed call: By giving a missed call on 9260492604 from the Registered Mobile Number ('RMN') of the Eligible Subscriber.
