Its a bit complex but no idea about time consuming
If TS wants they can convert all the remaining channels from MPEG2 to MPEG4 in one shot. But, there are still subscribers who are on MPEG2 box who will be impacted. Already TS is facing the irk of the subscribers with recent No Signal fiasco. Hence, they are slowly migrating channels in phases
