its pretty sucky dongle. plz dnt waste ur rs.300. no proper range at all. even though net speed is good non dongle the speed sucks.
n now a days service of tata sky is like really worst. even 66006633 customer care ppl are giving false promises n they think its ok even if the work is not done.
this was the reply i got from customer service that ' its ok ' even if ur work is not done just wait few more hrs. ( n they r keeping me waiting for like almost 5 days)
who ever are thinking of buying tata sky , please think twice before buying.

Ketaki : call centre of all DTH companies are same and dumb. Better complaint to them through email. Any documented complain matter a lot that verbal complaint.

Moreover, dongle is of very low quality and hence it's priced less. But I always prefer downloading on STB and then watching it.

You need to connect Internet. Subscribe to some VOD pack and start downloading the videos.

Videos are not worth to pay such high subscription.

Moreover we don't have so much time also. TV itself is left unmatched, forget about VOD.
